Advance warning re image availability

15 June 2006: We advise users that between 21 June 2006 and 27 June 2006 they may experience some difficulties when viewing images of specimens from the Kew Catalogue.

Essential electrical work is to take place at Kew during this period and communication with the Kew image server will become less reliable. A temporary generator will be in use which may cause some instability and there will be short periods during which the image server will be unavailable as components of the infrastructure are replaced.

Our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
