Location: Milne Bay Maiyu River, E of Mt. Suckling, 12km WNW of Biniguni airstrip Plant Description: Tree fern with trunk 4.8m tall. Fronds spirally arranged. Stipes non-persistent. Fronds numerous, c.half of those present fertile. Fronds c.2.2m long overall. Stipes 25-28cm long, brown, short-spinose. Lower pinnae reduced. More information given
